appointment of Michael A. Fleming as Senior Vice President, Commercial

Strategy. Mr. Fleming joins Coherus with more than 25 years of experience in

strategic and operational leadership roles at preeminent biotech companies.

commercialization, and business development of numerous products in various

Specialist Degree (BSc) from the University of Toronto, Victoria College, and

an MBA from the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.
