【シカゴ2014年3月20日PRN＝共同JBN】世界中で転勤・引っ越しサービスを大規模に展開するSIRVA Worldwideは20日、ドイツのミュンヘンに本社を置く引っ越しサービス会社InHouse Relocationの買収を発表した。

InHouse Relocationはドイツをはじめ世界各地の多国籍組織、企業の人事部や指定代理業者のために転勤と引っ越し管理の幅広いサービスを手掛けている。サービスの内容には転勤管理、ビザの取得と出入国手続き、目的地サービス、仮住居の提供、住宅探し、引っ越し先でのサービス、賃貸管理、家庭用品の輸送管理、異文化と言語に関する研修が含まれる。

InHouse Relocationのマネジングディレクター、オリバー・シリング氏は「SIRVAの世界的なネットワークと総合的なサービスによって、わが社のドイツ国内での営業力は大きく広がる。この関係拡大はわが社のサービスを欧州や世界でさらに強化する。特にドイツの顧客はSIRVAの業界トップの豊富な技術基盤や170カ国での国際的ノウハウを利用し、顧客企業の社員は世界各地へ楽にうまく転勤できるようになる」と述べた。
