2014年2月25日 東京 - 金融市場における遅延管理、運用パフォーマンス管理システムを提供するCorvilは、本年春、株式会社東京証券取引所（以下「東証」という。）と共同で、東証が展開するネットワーク接続サービスarrownetのオプションメニューとして、レイテンシ（遅延）測定環境サービスを、arrownet利用者向けに提供します。Corvil独自の機能であるCorvilClearは、離れた拠点の異なるネットワークにおける遅延情報を連携することで、企業間取引における電子取引やマーケットデータを注文から約定までの一連の処理パフォーマンスを可視化する機能です。

2012年、東証は、売買システムであるarrowheadとTdex+、そしてそれらシステムと取引参加者等とを接続するネットワークarrownetの遅延管理を行うためにCorvilを採用し、注文処理及び相場情報配信に関するパフォーマンス管理が可能となりました。
このたび、東証は、Corvilの利用をarrownet利用者に広げ、利用者自身が東証システムと自社環境間の通信状況を把握することを可能とし、利用者におけるネットワーク運用効率及び東証市場の透明性の向上に貢献します。
従来、取引に係る遅延情報は、取引参加者等の拠点における、取引所との往復所要時間に限られていました。しかし、CorvilClearでは、遅延情報を取引所と共有することにより、利用者拠点、arrownet、取引システムにおける各遅延について、マイクロ秒の精度での管理が可能となります。
東証の専務取締役兼最高情報責任者である鈴木義伯氏は、次のように述べています。

Corvil, a provider of Operational Performance Monitoring to the world's leading

Exchange ("TSE") will begin offering CorvilClear latency performance management
as-a-service to users of its arrownet network. Through the new service, trading
parties on arrownet will have deeper insight into the quality of trade and
market data communications between the TSE and their own systems.

CorvilClear is a solution that delivers visibility into the latency and
order-to-execution processing performance of electronic trades and market data
across interconnected parties in the trading network. With CorvilClear at its
core, the new latency performance management service will be offered by the TSE
through a menu within arrownet. The service will enhance the efficiency of
network operations and increase the transparency of the TSE trading marketplace
for users.
Since 2012, the TSE has been utilizing Corvil for latency performance
management of its arrowhead and Tdex+ trading systems as well as arrownet,
which connects these systems to market participants. Through Corvil, the
exchange has benefited from enhanced performance management of its order
processing and market data distribution.
