【ニュルンベルク（ドイツ）2014年1月28日PRN＝共同JBN】医療機器の革新的リーダーであるZiehm Imagingは、ドバイで開かれる今年の医療展示会Arab Healthで、ハイブリッドOR（オペ室）の要件にぴったり適応するCアーム（移動式TVモニター一体型エックス線透視診断装置）Ziehm Vision RFD Hybrid Editionを展示する。この初の完全電動移動式Cアームは、視覚によるジョイスティック操作、25kW発電装置、各種安全機能、最少線量による最大限の造影クオリティーなどを提供する性能を備えている。

▽革新的な電動化

Ziehm Vision RFD Hybrid Editionは、固定装置にはない柔軟で空間と費用の節減となる選択肢を提供する。Ziehm Imagingのマネジングディレクターであるクラウス・へルンドラー氏は「われわれは新世代のZiehm Vision RFD Hybrid Editionによって、水平方向、垂直方向、軌道回転、射角の4座標軸で、移動式Cアームの完全な電動性を提供する。それぞれの位置はボタンに触れるだけで記憶され、いつでも再度読み出せる。これによってオペレーターは、OR台上の装置を常に再配置する必要もなく、意図する表示角度と解剖学的視覚化にアクセスすることができる」と語った。

▽Distance Control

Ziehm Imagingの電動Cアームは、非接触衝突防止をサポートする支援装置であるDistance Controlを備えている。自動的な表面検出機能が、フラットパネルの下端に統合されており、アームの動きは特定のセーフティーゾーン限界直前に停止する。

新しいHybrid Editionは、標準バージョンで効果的な液冷装置を提供する唯一のCアームである。Ziehm Vision RFD Hybrid Editionは回転陽極と25kW電源で鮮明な画像を提供する。線量低減を目指す総合的コンセプトであるSmartDose、適応フィルタリング技術であるODDC （Object Detected Dose Control）およびPreMag（radiation-free magnification）など多くの機能を結合している。Ziehm Imagingの展示は、1月27-30日Dubai International Convention & Exhibition CenterのS2B70スタンドで行われる。

Ziehm Imaging Presents First Motorized C-arm for Use in Hybrid ORs at Arab Health 2014

    At this year's Arab Health in Dubai, innovation leader Ziehm Imaging

presents a mobile C-arm tailored exactly to hybrid OR requirements: Ziehm

Vision RFD Hybrid Edition. The first fully motorized mobile C-arm features

intuitive joystick operation, a 25 kW generator, various safety functions, and

maximum image quality with minimal dose.

    Innovative motorization

    Ziehm Vision RFD Hybrid Edition offers a flexible, space- and cost-saving

alternative to fix installed systems. "With the new generation of the Ziehm

Vision RFD Hybrid Edition we offer full motorization of a mobile C-arm in four

axes: horizontal, vertical, orbital rotation and in angulation. Each position

can be stored at the touch of a button and called up again at any time," says

Klaus Horndler, Managing Director of Ziehm Imaging. "This allows the operator

to access the desired viewing angles and anatomic visualizations without having

to constantly reposition the system on the OR table."

    Distance Control

    Ziehm Imaging motorized C-arms are equipped with Distance Control - an

assistance system supporting non-contact collision protection. The automatic

surface detection is integrated around the lower edge of the flat-panel. The

movement stops immediately before entering a defined safety zone.

    The new Hybrid Edition is the only mobile C-arm to offer an active liquid

cooling system in the standard version. Advanced Active Cooling ensures

reliable imaging without interruption even during lengthy procedures. The Ziehm

Vision RFD Hybrid Edition delivers crystal-clear images with its rotating anode

and 25 kW power. SmartDose, a comprehensive concept for dose reduction,

combines a host of functions such as laser positioning, ODDC (Object Detected

Dose Control), adaptive filtering technology and PreMag (radiation-free

magnification).
