インターラッシュの 「iRush Help」 プログラム

中国大震災 被災者支援活動に対し、ジェット・リー設立の非営利団体からお礼状

カリフォルニア州アーバイン（2013年11月29日）- 今から約７か月前、2013年4月20日午前8時0２分（中国標準時）に中国四川省を襲ったマグニチュード7.0の大地震は、世界中の人々や企業に衝撃を与えました。　被災者を支援するためインターラッシュ（Interush Inc.）は、震災発生直後に国際支援プログラム『iRush Help』を設立、『2013年中国四川省支援プログラム』を通じて義援金の協力を呼びかけました。多くのアフィリエイトから義援金が寄せられ、インターラッシュではその金額と同額を上乗せし、ジェット・リー設立の 『One Foundation（壹基金）』 に寄付しました。それを受け同団体から、被災者支援におけるインターラッシュの経済的な貢献へのお礼状をいただきました。

One Foundationは、震災発生直後から四川省庁と中国政府とともに被災者の支援に取り組んでいます。世界各地から寄せられた何百万ドルもの義援金を３段階の再建計画に基づき、4H復旧計画（家、健康、幸福、希望）を確実なものにするための活動を続けてきました。

インターラッシュ会長兼CEOマーティ・マシューズは次のようにコメントしています。「インターラッシュでは、iRush Helpに寄せられた義援金をOne Foundationのような信頼性の高い非営利団体に託すことが非常に重要であると考えました。そこで、多くの人の生活に打撃を与えたこの震災の被災状況に精通し、被災者に適切な支援を行える団体を探していたのです。」

One Foundationは、再建計画の第1段階として震災直後、人命の救助と救援物資の搬送のために救援隊を派遣しました。それに続く第２段階では、米、水、薬品などの生活必需品の搬送を行い、現在は最終段階として、被災地域の方々の生活再建の実現を目指した様々な活動を行っています。

その中のひとつである 『One Foundation 1000 Craftsman Training Program』（One Foundation 1000職工訓練プログラム）には、120万元もの予算が投じられました。このプログラムは、耐震建築技術を有する職人を1200人育成することを目的として、2013年7月1日に始動しました。

Jet Li's One Foundation Recognizes Interush for Providing Relief and Recovery Support for Chinese Earthquake Survivors through the 'iRush Help' Program

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 29, 2013 /PRN=KYODO JBN/ --

    Approximately seven months ago, many concerned individuals and corporations

worldwide, such as Interush Inc.,  were devastated to learn about the magnitude

7.0 earthquake that struck Sichuan Province in China, at 8:02 a.m. Beijing

Time, on April 20, 2013. Interush immediately developed the "Sichuan China

2013" Program on iRushHelp.org (http://www.irushhelp.org/) where thousands of

Interush Affiliates quickly made financial donations, which was matched by the

company, to support Jet Li's One Foundation. The One Foundation recently sent a

Recognition Letter thanking Interush for offering financial support to enable

their relief and recovery efforts.

    The One Foundation reported that its organization has been working closely

with the Sichuan provincial and national governments since the day of disaster.

They allocated millions of dollars donated from around the world to execute its

official 4H Recovery Plan (Home, Health, Happiness, and Hope) through their

strategic 3-Stage plan.

    "It was very important for 'iRush Help' to provide financial support to a

trustworthy organization like the One Foundation," commented Interush Chairman

and CEO, Martin Matthews. "Millions of lives were impacted and we wanted a

group that had in-depth knowledge of the situation to correctly assess

appropriate relief and recovery efforts."

    Stage One was deployed immediately after the earthquake struck as One

Foundation rescue teams were dispatched to save lives and salvage materials.

Stage Two followed soon after where daily essentials such as water, rice and

medicine were delivered. The final Stage Three is currently in motion as the

organization is helping the community rebuild their lives.

    One of the many projects the One Foundation is working on for Stage Three

is named, "One Foundation 1000 Craftsman Training Program". This program,

developed with 1.2 million RMB, was launched on July 1, 2013 and its mission is

to train 1,200 craftsmen to build earthquake proof houses.

    iRushHelp.org (http://www.irushhelp.org/) was developed to offer a

convenient online location where worldwide Interush Affiliates can "Rush to

Help" those who were negatively impacted by disaster by posting encouraging

messages to survivors and make financial donations. This program will continue

to keep in touch with the One Foundation and also activate additional programs

as the need arises.
