【ニューヨーク2013年10月18日PRN＝共同JBN】MCR Development LLCは18日、26のマリオットホテル（Marriott Hotel）とヒルトンホテル（Hilton Hotel）をWestern Internationalから4億3000万ドルで買収したと発表した。

MCRは26すべてのホテルを所有、経営し、現行の長期フランチャイズ契約にのっとりそれぞれのホテルはマリオット、ヒルトンのブランド名で営業を継続する。

MCR Developmentのタイラー・モース最高経営責任者（CEO）は「マリオットおよびヒルトンのブランドと提携を拡大できたことを大変うれしく思う。Western Internationalホテルは極めて高い水準で建築されており、競争相手から抜きんでている。今回の投資によって、当社のチームメンバーには素晴らしい成長機会が、当社にとっては新規市場に参入、拡大し、投資家に対し高い収益率の提供を継続できる成長機会がそれぞれ提供される。

買収したポートフォリオは、4州にまたがる3002部屋で構成され、築平均4年である。

MCR Development Acquires 26 Marriott and Hilton Hotels

MCR Development LLC announced today that it has acquired 26 Marriott and Hilton

hotels from Western International for $430 Million.

MCR will own and manage all 26 hotels, each of which will continue to operate

under its respective Marriott or Hilton brand affiliations, with long-term

franchise agreements in place.

families. The Western International hotels are built to a very high standard,

This portfolio is comprised of 3,002 rooms in four states with an average age

of approximately 4 years old.
