円滑なサプライチェーンの実行向けの複合一貫輸送、ロジスティクス管理ソフトウエアの有力プロバイダーであるキーウィル（http://www.kewill.com）は8日、インドのハイデラバードに本社を置くFour Soft Ltd.の資産、子会社の買収完了を発表した。500人の従業員を含むFour Softの資産はキーウィルの手に移され、売上高1億1000万ドル、100カ国以上に7500社の顧客を持つ企業が生まれる。キーウィルはこれで世界的なロジスティクス・プロバイダーのトップ10社をすべて顧客に持つことになる（注1）。

subsidiaries of Hyderabad, India headquartered Four Soft Ltd. The assets of
