【ロンドン2013年8月19日PRN=共同JBN】世界最大のディスクジョッキー（DJ）大会、burn Residencyはこの1年、各国の前途有望なDJの人材を探し求めてきた。数週間前、90カ国以上の5000人を超える参加者から絞られた有力候補18人がスペイン沖のイビサ島に飛び、最高級クラブの夏季レジデンシーをかける生涯一度のチャンスに挑戦した。

各候補は2週間に及ぶ厳しいトレーニングを通じて徹底的に争い、その結果、3人のDJが夢を実現した。ことしのburn Residency優勝者は

最初の課題をクリアして決勝の6人に入り、たちまち審査員に注目されたリー・ドブリチッチ（セルビア）は世界最大のクラブ、PrivilegeのDJラインアップに加わる。

「トミー・キッド」ことトマス・フェラール（フランス）は際立つ低音とダブ、トラップのブレンドで審査員をあっと言わせ、結局、イビサで名をとどろかせるクラブ、Sankeys Ibizaに場所を得た。

そして「ハイエナ」のヤン・エヘナ（ポーランド）はハウスとテクノのミックスを印象付け、イビサの日没の名所にある世界的に有名なCafe Mamboのスティーブ・ローラーやコルシュ、ガイ・ガーバーの仲間に選ばれた。

Burnのエリック・ホフスタッター・マーケティングマネジャーは「ことしのburn Residency出場者は才能レベルがそろっていて感心したが、優勝者はその情熱、専心、スキルを通して驚くべき有望さを示しており、3人の素晴らしい将来に関与できることを喜んでいる」と語った。

リー、トミー、ハイエナの3人がレジデンシーを確保したため、彼らのシングル第一弾が米オンライン音楽配信サービスBeatport（ビートポート）上のburn Recordsから独占公開されることになった。burn Recordsは彼らのデビュー曲をリリースする最高の舞台と機会を与えるために設立された。

     burn Residency, the biggest global DJ competition has spent the last year

embarking on a global search for up and coming DJ talent. Just weeks ago, over

5000 entrants from over 90 countries were narrowed down to 18 hopefuls and

flown to Ibiza where they had a once-in-a-lifetime chance to win a summer-long

residency at one of the top clubs in Ibiza.

    The contestants battled it out in an intense two-week bootcamp. Finally,

for 3 of the DJs their dream became reality... this year's burn Residency

    Capturing the judges' attention immediately by winning the first challenge

and securing a place in the final six - Lea Dobricic (Serbia) was chosen to

join the line-up at the world's biggest club, Privilege.

    Thomas Ferrare, aka Tommy Kid (France), wowed judges with his blend of

bass, dub and trap - helping him stand out, ultimately taking his place at one

of Ibiza's most infamous clubbing destinations: Sankeys Ibiza.

    Finally, Jan Jechna, aka Hyena (Poland), left an impression with his mix of

house and techno and was selected to join the ranks of Steve Lawler, Kolsch and

Guy Gerber at the home of Ibiza sunsets; the world-renowned Cafe Mambo.

    Burn marketing manager, Erik Hofstaedter, said: "Whilst we have been

impressed by the sheer level of talent from all of our contestants at this

year's burn Residency, our winners have shown a phenomenal amount of promise
