【ミルウォーキー（米ウィスコンシン州）2013年6月26日PRN＝共同JBN】ビルのエネルギー効率を高めるソリューションを提供するグローバルなリーディング企業であるJohnson Controlsが発表した最新の調査によると、2010年以来、世界のエネルギー効率に対する関心は116％増大し、目標を設定している人々がエネルギー利用を最も多く削減していることが分かった。環境にやさしいビルの証明書を取得したり、環境に配慮したテナントリーシングに対する関心と機運も拡大している。とはいえ多くの人々がまだ資金が足りず、政府の政策が定まらないことがエネルギー効率化への投資の障害になっている、と発言している。

Johnson Controls energy efficiency survey reveals 116 percent increase in the

                importance of energy management since 2010

   New research by Johnson Controls, the global leader in delivering solutions

that increase energy efficiency in buildings, shows energy efficiency interest

rose 116 percent globally since 2010, with those who set goals making the

greatest strides in reducing energy use. Momentum is also growing for green

building certification and green tenant space leasing, although many cite a

lack of funding and uncertainty over government policy as obstacles to

investment.
