【ムンバイ（インド）2013年5月22日PRN=共同JBN】UBM Indiaは最近施行されたインド会社法の修正に伴って、企業の社会的責任（CSR）のディスクロージャーを義務化する初めての国になる。インドの財政常任委員会によると、企業の過去3年間で平均純益の2%は、CSR活動へのディスクロージャーが義務付けられる。その対象となるのは、50億インドルピー以上の純資産を持つ企業あるいは最低100億ルピーの年間売上高を持つ企業、さらには5000万ルピー以上の純益を上げる企業。

数多くの疑問を持つ主要な利害関係者がいるこのような事態の進展に対して、UBM Indiaは、2回目となるGiving Back - NGO India 2013 Conferenceを開催する。同会議は非営利のResponsible Business活動であり、インドのCSRの将来展望について最も影響力ある社会変革の担い手を一つの共通のプラットフォームに集める。この行事は主として社会的福祉に対する企業・NGO・政府による実りのある提携関係を発展させることを重視して、6月14－15日にインド・ムンバイのボンベイ見本市会場で開かれる。

UBM India's Giving Back - NGO India 2013 Conference Focuses on Building Fruitful NGO-Government-Corporate Partnerships

     With the recent amendments in the Companies Bill, India is all set to

become the first country to make the disclosure of CSR activities mandatory.

According to the Standing Committee on Finance, 2% of average net profit for

the last 3 years of companies should be made mandatory for companies with a net

worth of INR 500 crore or more, or those that have an annual turnover of at

least INR 1,000 crore, or companies with a net profit of INR 5 crore or more.

    Against these developments, where primary stakeholders have a number of

questions, UBM India is presenting the second edition of Giving Back - NGO

India 2013 Conference, a not-for-profit, Responsible Business initiative that

brings together on one common platform, the most influential change-makers on

India's CSR horizon. This event, which focuses primarily on developing fruitful

Corporate-NGO-Government partnerships for social welfare, will take place at
