パワーマット社とPowerKiss社が統合

--ワイヤレスパワーの競合2社が1つの発電所に統合

【ニューヨーク・ヘルシンキ】2013年5月21日/PRニュースワイヤー/--ワイヤレスパワー業界の先駆者でありリーダーである2社、パワーマット社（Powermat）とPowerKiss社、が統合してPowermat Technologies社の傘下に入る正式契約を結んだことを本日発表しました。

本日の報道ではワイヤレスパワー業界内での相反する規格問題を解決する約束したことを伝えています。過去、パワーマット社とPowerKiss社は相反する規格を支持していましたが、今後両社は同じPMA（ワイヤレス給電標準化団体）の規格に統一することになり、この規格はAT&T社、Procter & Gamble社、スターバックス社（Starbucks）他多くの企業にも支持されています。

パワーマット社は、主要な空港、コーヒーショップ、ショッピング・モールやアリーナなど1,500箇所以上の充電スポットをアメリカで展開しています。ヨーロッパでは、PowerKiss社が空港、ホテル、カフェにおいて1,000箇所以上に設置していますが、ヨーロッパ内の厳選したマクドナルド店舗でもワイヤレス充電を開始することを最近発表しました。力を合わせて、両社は世界中の移動する人々に一貫したワイヤレス充電サービスを可能にすることを目標にしています。

             -- Two Rivals of Wireless Power Become One Powerhouse

    Powermat and PowerKiss - two of the pioneers and leaders of the wireless

power industry - today announced that they have entered into a definitive

agreement to combine their companies under the Powermat Technologies umbrella.

    Today's news offers the promise of settling the issue of conflicting

standards within the wireless power industry. In the past, Powermat and
