Orange（Orange、http://www.orange.com）は19日、Androidに対応するオールインワン通信アプリのLibon（http://www.libon.com）を発表した。LibonはGoogle Playから無料でダウンロードでき、iOSだけでなくAndroidのユーザーも無料のコール、テキストメッセージ、カスタム化されたビジュアル・ボイスメールの利用が可能になる。来月公表される米国を除いて全世界で、Libonは利用できる。Orangeは同時に、iOS版Libonのバージョン2.2を発表した。

2012年11月にiOS向けに発表して好評を博したLibonが、今ではAndroidでも使える。Android版の利用開始によって、LibonユーザーはiOSとAndroidとクロスプラットフォームを接続し、世界100カ国のあらゆるネットワーク上で友人や家族と連絡できるようになる。

Libon担当者のジル・コルベール氏は「Android版Libonの発表は至上命令だった。AndroidはスマートフォンOS戦争でiOSを数で追い抜いたので、これを求めていた多数のユーザーに素晴らしい製品を送り出せ、とても満足している」と話した。

Libonユーザーは他のLibonユーザーとの間で、相手が同じ国内であろうが、地球の裏側であろうがどこにいても、完全無料の高品質の通話を楽しめる。アプリケーションストアかGoogle PlayからLibonを無料でダウンロードするだけで、3GもしくはWiFi接続で互いに無料の明瞭なコールを始められる。

Libonのインスタント・メッセージングは、SMS同様に使いやすい。

▽電話にとどまらず会話も

Libonはコンタクトのたびに、すべての会話を一カ所にまとめる。SMS閲覧やインスタント・メッセージング、コール、ボイスメールによってユーザーは、コールする時に状況を把握できる。

▽最大限パーソナライズされたボイスメールで、話し相手を特別の気分にする

ユーザーはパートナー、家族、仲間、あるいは顧客に同じようには話しかけない。Libonはユーザーのコンタクト先をグループに仕分けるので、それぞれのグループが異なるグリーティング・メッセージを聞くことになる。Libonコールではこれが可能だ。

Androidで使える優れたビジュアル・ボイスメールをユーザーが探しているなら、Libonはぴったりのソリューションだ。受け取ったすべてのメッセージを一覧でき、どんな順序でも聞くことができる。

ボイスメッセージが不便なら聞く必要はない。LibonはLibonコールからのボイスメッセージをテキストに変換する。（このサービスは英語、フランス語、スペイン語）

Android版のLibonはバージョン2.2以上のAndroidに対応し、最低限HVGA画面サイズが必要。

OrangeはAndroid版Libonを発表すると同時に、iOS版Libonの新バージョン（2.2）を発表した。

今後ユーザーはほんの数秒でLibonの友人に写真や音声メッセージを送信できる。

何か面白いものを見たら、Libonを開こう。インスタント・メッセージング画面で写真を撮れば、友人の端末画面に瞬時にそれが送られる。

最近の休日に良い写真が撮れたら、フォト・ギャラリーからLibonの友人にその写真を簡単に送ることができる。

「プッシュ・ツー・トーク」。ボタンを押して話し、ボタンを放す。ただそれだけで友人に音声メッセージが送られる。これ以上簡単なことはない。

iOSとAndroid向けのLibonは英語、フランス語、スペイン語、ルーマニア語、スロバキア語、ポーランド語で利用できる。

which will launch later next month. Orange also announced version 2.2 of its
