【リマ2013年4月3日PRN＝共同JBN】ペルーのオジャンタ・ウマラ大統領とペルー投資促進庁（Proinversion）のメンバーは4月8日からアジアで投資促進説明会・ツアーを開始する。この説明会は、投資促進庁がツアー訪問国に駐在する在外公館を通じて外務省と協力するほか、輸出・観光振興庁（Promperu）と貿易・観光省の商業事務所の支援を受けて開催するもの。貿易・観光省（OCEX）は北京、上海、ソウル、東京で説明会を開催する。この4都市はペルー代表団によってペルー市場で特別の可能性を秘めていると認定された。説明界はペルーとアジアの市場を緊密なものにするとともにペルーが魅力ある投資先であることを宣伝することを目的としている。

「Invest in Peru: It is Possible（ペルーに投資を：投資は可能性に満ちている）」と題した今回の投資促進説明会は4月8日、北京を皮切りとして開催され、これにはオジャンタ・ウマラ大統領が出席する。大統領は、上海で9日開催される次のイベントにも出席する。この2回のイベントに続き、ペルーと韓国の両国関係樹立50周年記念に合わせてソウルで10、11の両日、東京で12日にそれぞれ開催される。

ペルー代表団は、投資促進庁（http://www.proinversion.gob.pe）のハビエル・イレスカス・ムーチャ長官、同庁投資サービス局のカルロス・ヘレラ局長、「リマ地下鉄の2番線」プロジェクトの金融アドバイザーであるロサ・マリア・テヘリナ氏で構成されている。中国ではウマラ大統領のほかに、ホルヘ・メリノ・エネルギー・鉱山相、カルロス・パレデス運輸・通信相も会合に加わる。「リマ地下鉄2番線」の建設を担当するGeodata、ESAN、Serconsult Groupsの代表も出席する。ペルーのInterbankに加え、地元銀行も3都市での説明会をサポートする。

イベントでは、ペルーと開催国との歴史的、商業的関係に関するプレゼンテーションのほか、運輸、通信、エネルギー・ハイドロカーボン、公衆衛生、水力などのセクターへの投資機会に関する講演も予定されている。

Road Show "Invest in Peru: it is Possible"

- Ollanta Humala, President of Peru, and delegates from Proinversion to start

their promotional tour of Asia  

The president of Peru, Ollanta Humala, and members of Proinversion, the Private

Investment Promotion Agency of Peru, will start their promotional road show in

Asia on Monday the 8th of April. The road show, organized by Proinversion with

the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its diplomatic

missions in the countries that will be part of the tour and with the support of

Promperu and Commercial Offices of Peru Abroad (OCEX will take place in

Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo; four cities which the Peruvian delegation

have identified as having special potential within the Peruvian market. The

road show aims to bring the Peruvian and Asian markets closer and to promote

Peru as an attractive investment destination.

Named "Invest in Peru: It Is Possible", the road show will begin in Beijing on

the 8th of April with special attendance by the Peruvian President of Peru,

Ollanta Humala who will also be participating in the second event, on the 9th

of April in Shanghai. The two following events will take place in Seoul and in

Tokyo on the 10 th -11th- and 12th of April respectively, coinciding with the

celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral

relations between Peru and Korea.

Comprising the Peruvian delegation will be Javier Illescas Mucha, Executive

Director of Proinversion (http://www.proinversion.gob.pe); Carlos Herrera,

Director of Investor Services, and Rosa Maria Tejerina, financial adviser of

the project 'the second line of the Lima Metro'. In China, in addition to the

Peruvian President, Mr. Humala, the meetings will also include the

participation of Jorge Merino, Minister of Energy and Mining, and Carlos

Paredes, Minister of Transport and Communication. Representatives from the

Geodata, ESAN and Serconsult Groups, in charge of the construction of the

second line of the Lima Metro, will also be present. Local banks will also

support the road show, as well as Interbank from Peru, in each of the three

cities.

The events will include presentations on the historical and commercial

relationships between Peru and each host country, as well as talks on the

current opportunities for investment in sectors such as transport,

telecommunications, energy and hydrocarbons, sanitation and hydraulics.
