【グラーツ（オーストリア）2013年3月18日PRN＝共同JBN】スマート・ビデオ会議ソリューションに特化し急速に成長しているハイテク企業のVisoCon GmbHは18日、エクイティーファイナンス（新株発行を伴う資金調達）を成功裏に完了したと発表した。

今回の資金調達には個人投資家の他、ビジネスエンゼルとしてオーストリアのプライベートエクイティー企業であるi4gとtecnet equityの2社が含まれている。

VisoConは技術的にビデオ会議技術の世界的リーダーであり、オープンウェブベースの複数の特許を持つビデオ会議システムの分野で市場の一角を占めている。

今回の資本導入は、世界的な販売ネットワーク拡大の加速とオープンウェブベース・ビデオ会議ソリューションでさらに業界のトレンドを決定する開発に使用される予定。

VisoConの最高経営責任者（CEO）であるアンドレアス・クレプフル博士は「伝送品質、統合性能、使い勝手の良さを最優先にした大胆な新製品をビデオ会議市場に投入する予定である」と語った。

VisoCon Closes 7-figure Financing Round With i4g and tecnet equity; Strong Growth in the Smart Video Conferencing Sector

conferencing solutions, announced the successful completion of an equity

financing round.

The financing round involved, in addition to private funds of two business

angels, the Austrian private equity company i4g and tecnet equity.

The current capital injection is to be used for the accelerated expansion of
