【ニューヨーク2013年2月27日PRN＝共同JBN】ルドルフ・ジュリアーニ、バート・シュワルツ、ジョセフ・ロセッティの3氏はGiuliani SolutionPoint Global Servicesを設立すると発表した。このベンチャー企業は政府、政府機関、国際組織向けにセキュリティー、リスク評価、サービス実施という完璧なスイートを提供することを目的としている。

政府から国際組織まで、世界中の諸機関はセキュリティーやインテグリティー、政府による不可欠なサービス提供に対する脅威の増加に直面している。こうした脅威に不適切に対応することは、これら機関に対する市民の信頼を徐々に腐食させる。この脅威に対応するためGiuliani Security & Safety（GSS）とSolutionPoint International（SPI）は、合弁企業Giuliani SolutionPoint Global Services（http://www.giulianisolutionpoint.com）を立ち上げた。

この合弁企業は、セキュリティーとリスク、国境警備、通関管理、汚職防止、関連サービスを含む問題や脅威に対応するサービスを、各国政府および地方行政機関や法執行機関、非政府組織（NGO）、国際組織に提供するため、双方の経験と能力を結合している。GSSとSPIはGiuliani SolutionPoint Global Servicesの新規顧客として、なによりも発展途上国、セキュリティー問題に直面している成熟政権、リスクの高い地域で活動する多国籍企業、国際的建設会社、国際スポーツ団体などが含まれるものと見ている。

27日発表された合意内容は、2社によるコラボレーションの新しい局面である。2社首脳はこれまでも、何年にもわたって多くの共同プロジェクトで一緒に仕事をしてきた。シュワルツ氏は、ジュリアーニ前市長がニューヨーク州南部地区担当連邦検事だった当時、刑事局長としてジュリアーニ氏に仕えた。

GSS（セキュリティーとコンサルティング）とSPI事業会社は一体となり、Guidepost Solutions（調査、コンプライアンス、セキュリティーと安全性インフラ担当）、Bode Technolgy（DNA）、NSM（高度サーベイランス、軍事支援）は引き続き新合弁会社の事業範囲に入らない事案に関し独立して運営される。
