【ローザンヌ2013年2月20日PRN=共同JBN】世界の管理者教育のパイオニア、IMDはOrchestrating Winning Performance (OWP)プログラムのアジア版を2013年11月17－22日、シンガポールで実施すると発表した（http://www.imd.org/owp）。

OWPはスイス・ローザンヌのIMDキャンパスで19年間、一歩離れて大きなビジネス、経済トレンドを熟考したいと考えている各国管理職のフォーラムとして役立ってきた。そして今、IMDは世界中のクライアントの進化しつつあるニーズに応えるため、アジアに第二のモジュールを開設、OWPプログラムを拡張することにした。

IMD学長兼OWPプログラム共同ディレクター、ドミニク・テュルパン氏は「IMD教授陣は毎年、われわれが進めている研究に基づき、ビジネスが直面する現代のトレンドと課題に焦点を当てて、変容する独特の学習体験を開発するために協力している。OWPシンガポール校は域外拡張を求めるアジア企業、アジア市場の特異性理解を深めたい非アジア企業双方の特有のニーズに応えるものである」と語った。

▽プログラムの編成と内容

OWPプログラムは最大限の適応性を提供できるよう編成されている。参加者はローザンヌ（2013年6月）とシンガポール（2013年11月）の両モジュールに出席するか、特定のニーズと有用性に従ってどちらかひとつのモジュールに出席してもいい。

OWPローザンヌ校とOWPシンガポール校はIMD教授陣の支援を得て、タイムリーな実践研究素材、実際のケーススタディー、活発なクラス討議、広範囲のグループ作業を用意する。OWPシンガポール校はアジア企業とアジアでビジネス展開する非アジア企業に基づいて開発された素材に力点を置くことになる。

IMD教授兼OWPプログラム共同ディレクターのベティナ・ビュッヒェル氏は「グローバル化した経営課題はグローバルなソリューションを必要とする。OWPシンガポール校の開校によってIMDはさらに、参加者が日々の行動サイクルから抜け出し、現在仕事で直面している複雑性に取り組むソリューションを考えられるような学習とネットワーキングの機会を与える。われわれは急成長地域から、グローバルな競争相手の大胆さと決断力を学ぶことができる。東南アジアの企業は国際的同業者より大きい株主利益をもたらしている」と語った。

IMD Launches Orchestrating Winning Performance Program in Singapore in 2013

     IMD, the world pioneer in executive education, announced a new Asia

edition to its Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) program, which will take

place in Singapore from November 17-22, 2013. http://www.imd.org/owp

    For 19 years at the IMD campus in Lausanne, Switzerland, OWP has served as

a forum for global executives looking to step back and reflect on larger

business and economic trends. Now, to address the evolving needs of its clients

across the globe, IMD is expanding the OWP program by establishing a second

module in Asia.

    IMD President and OWP Program Co-Director Dominique Turpin said: "Each

    Program Design and Content

    The OWP program is designed to provide maximum flexibility. Participants

can attend both the module in Lausanne (June 2013) and the module in Singapore

(November 2013), or they can simply join one of the two modules based on their

specific needs and availability.

    OWP Lausanne and OWP Singapore will feature timely, practical research

material, real-life case studies, active class discussions and extensive group

work, facilitated by IMD Faculty. OWP Singapore will emphasize materials

developed based on Asian companies and on non-Asian companies doing business in

Asia.
