◎第7回Ariana Television Network賞授賞式を開催へ　　女性教育促進を支援

【カブール2013年1月17日PRN＝共同JBN】若いアフガニスタン女性の意識・教育向上のための資金集めを目的にした、2012年第７回Ariana Television Network（ATN、登録商標）賞の授賞式が1月21日（月）、インド・デリーにある壮大なKingdom of Dreamsで開催される。人気が高いアフガニスタンのミュージシャンやパフォーマーが世界中から参加する。

ATN賞はその類いのものとしてはアフガニスタンで唯一のショーで、アフガニスタン音楽やパフォーミングアートを評価、表彰し、アフガニスタンの文化遺産を守ることを通じて世界中に住むアフガニスタンの人々の共同体の団結を推進することを支援している。今年はバヤト基金（Bayat Foundation）と協力して、アーティストたちはアフガニスタンの若い女性のための教育の必要性に対する意識を向上させることを後押しする。

アサド・バディ（Asad Badie）氏が司会者としてイベントに復帰、3回目の参加となる。ATN賞は13部門で授与される。最優秀男性アーティスト、最優秀女性アーティスト、最優秀歌曲、最優秀男性新人賞、最優秀女性新人賞、最優秀ガザル賞、最優秀デュエット歌曲賞、最優秀マハリ・アーティスト賞、最優秀歌詞賞、最優秀ビデオ賞、最優秀愛国歌賞、最優秀ソフィエ・タスウフィ歌手賞（アフガニスタンの若者のための新部門）、最優秀ラップソング賞、それに生涯アチーブメントに対する特別賞である。

ATN賞の受賞候補にノミネートされイベントに参加する予定になっている男性歌手は、ファルハド・ダリア（Farhad Darya）、カイス・ウルファト（Qais Ulfat）、バリイ・ベジャジ（Valy Hedjazi）、ラティフ・ナンガルハリ（Latif Nangarhari）、それにジャワド・シャリフ（Jawid Sharif）ら。ノミネートされた才能豊かな女性候補はアリアナ・サイード（Aryana Sayeed）とナグマ（Naghma）ら。ノミネートされ、参加が見込まれているアーティストの完全版リストは以下のウェブサイトhttp://www.atnawards.comで参照できる。

インドからも有名なガザル歌手、パンカジ・ウドハス（Pankaj Udhas）らスターやセレブが参加の予定だ。また1970年代から80年代にインド映画（ボリウッド）で活躍したトップ級女優、ゼーナト・アマン（Zeenat Aman）や320本以上の作品に出演したベテランのボリウッドスター、プレム・チョプラ（Prem Chopra）ら多数が参加の予定だ。

Ariana Television Networkのイーサン・バヤト会長は「ATN賞は過去1年間、最も有名でアフガニスタンの文化的発展に寄与したアフガニスタンのアーティストをたたえる。ノミネートされたアーティストと特別ゲストは、拡大する文化大使でありグローバルなエンタテイナーのグループで、疲れをしらずに活気のある本物の音楽作りにおいてアフガニスタンの価値を高めた。またアフガニスタンや世界中にいるアフガニスタン人が最も鑑賞できる受賞セレモニーになるように支援した」と述べた。

今年の授賞式はバヤト基金（http://www.bayatfoundation.org）との共催で行われることになった。向学心のあるアフガニスタンの若い女子生徒・学生がより高い教育を受けられる夢を実現できるように奨学金や教育資材、アフガニスタン全土で教育機関に資金援助を行うのが目的である。

Farhad Darya, Valy Hedjazi, Aryana Sayeed, and Shabana Meheryar Headline Star Performers at the 7th Annual ATN Awards to be held in Delhi in January 2013; Celebration To Raise Awareness and Educational Funds for Young Afghan Women

    Some of the world's most famous Afghan musicians and performers from around

the world will gather on Monday, January 21, 2013 at the spectacular Kingdom of

Dreams in Delhi, India to celebrate Ariana Television Network's 7th Annual

ATN(R) Awards 2012.  The ATN Awards, the only Afghan Awards show of its kind,

recognize and celebrate Afghan music and performing arts while encouraging

unity among the global Afghan community through the preservation of

Afghanistan's cultural heritage.  This year, in association with the Bayat

Foundation, the artists will help raise awareness of the educational needs of

young Afghan women.

    With Mr. Asad Badie returning to host the event for the third time, the ATN

Awards will feature thirteen categories including Best Male Artist, Best Female

Artist, Best Song, Best New Male Artist, Best New Female Artist, Best Ghazal,

Best Duet Song, Best Mahali Artist, Best Lyrics, Best Video, Best Patriotic

Song, Best Sofie-Taswwufi Singer, a new category for the youngsters of

Afghanistan, the Best Rap song,and a special Lifetime Achievement Award.  

    Among the male singers nominated and expected to attend, ATN will welcome

Farhad Darya, Qais Ulfat, Valy Hedjazi, Latif Nangarhari, and Jawid Sharif.  

Talented women nominees include Aryana Sayeed and Naghma.  A full list of those

famous Ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas will join the celebration as well, as will

Zeenat Aman, a leading Bollywood actress in the 1970s and 1980s, and Prem

helped make the Awards show the most widely viewed award ceremony for Afghans
