【バンコク2013年1月15日インフォクエスト＝共同JBN】産業用不動産（industrial-estate）運営企業の304 Industrial Park社はタイ東海岸プラチンブリ県の工業用地に対する国際的な需要が高まっているのに応えて、中堅企業向けに洪水被害の心配が無い地区で用地9.28平方キロの拡充事業をあらためて急ぐことになった。

304工業団地はすでにタイ工業省によって「エコ・インダストリアル・コンプレックス（Eco Industrial Complex）」パイロット地区5カ所の中の1つに選ばれている。このエコ産業地区は、広範なコスト削減の可能性から効率的なエネルギー供給に至るまで、投資家に便宜をもたらすように構築されている。

当社の適切に設計された投資家向けのインフラならびに諸施設の中には、水の自給自足的管理に十分な貯水量3600万立方メートルの人工貯水池などがある。全域に電力を供給する最大発電能力436メガワットの地区付属発電所も配備されている。

昨年以来、タイでは洪水氾濫に安全な場所に対する要望から、東海岸への関心が高まっているが、304 工業団地（プラチンブリ）は完璧な立地条件の好例。プラチンブリ県所在304工業団地内のいずれの場所も海抜20メートル以上に位置しているので、洪水氾濫に対して安全である。

Flood-Free 304 Industrial Park, Thailand Sets Expansion for International SMEs

Industrial-estate operator 304 Industrial Park sets the pace once more for SMEs

with the expansion covering 9.28 square kilometers land in the flood-free area

to serve the international increasing demand on industrial land in Prachinburi

province, the east coast of Thailand.
