このプレゼンテーションでアラン・デュカス氏（Alan Ducasse）の無料iPadアプリケーション「My Culinary Encyclopedia（わたしのキッチン百科事典）」が気に入れば、カイーユ・ゴネ氏（Camille Gonnet、camille.gonnet@alain-ducasse.com）まで電子メールで連絡を。

アラン・デュカス氏が作成した250のレシピは5種類の料理、すなわちGastronomic（美食）、Around the World（世界の料理）、Mediterranean（地中海）、Bistro-style（ビストロ風）、Desserts（デザート）に分類され、さらに主要4種の食材によって野菜、穀類とその加工品、海の産物、陸の産物に分けられている。ユーザーは個人的なメモを追加し、電子メールないしはiMessageでショッピングリストを自分に送り、さらに個人的なスペースであるパスにいつでも好みのレシピを追加することができる。

あらゆる角度から見ることができる180余の食材データによってその知識を深め、料理する食材について原生地、品種、季節、選び方、貯蔵の仕方、栄養、料理の下ごしらえなど、すべてがわかる。

40の調理器具の写真を使い説明している。

Ducasse Education（デュカス・エデュケーション）のシェフによる100を超える料理法を紹介するビデオも付いている。

ユーザー自身のレシピと写真を加えることで「chef's office」スペースをカスタマイズし、ユーザーにとって本当に役立つツールを作るために追加とカスタム化が可能となっている。
