TOEFLテストの創設者であるETSが開発したTOEFLのサイトは、テストに備える学生を支援するため、テスト準備の教材や例題を掲載する。また学生が国外留学に関してほかのTOEFL受験者とつながり、交流するためのフォーラムも設ける。

FacebookのTOEFLサイトにはTOEFL Communities（http://www.facebook.com/TOEFL/app_361169863973073）も含まれ、そこからほかのTOEFLのサイトや、中国やインド、米国など特定の地域に関するTOEFLのソーシャルメディア・サイトに直接リンクが貼られている。

世界中でTOEFLテストの受験者数が急増を続ける中で、FacebookでのTOEFLサイト（http://www.facebook.com/TOEFL）立ち上げは時期的にぴったりとなった。別の学生向け無料サイトのTOEFL Go Anywhere （http://www.TOEFLGoAnywhere.org）は受験者急増に対応して、学習のヒントやビデオ教材、受験申し込み方法が改善された。このサイトは英語、中国語、韓国語で利用できる。

学生がTOEFLテストに関して絶えず最新情報を受け取るためには、TOEFLメーリングリスト（http://www.ets.org/toefl/student_news）に参加するよう求められている。

TOEFL(R) Program Launches Facebook(R) Page to Connect with Test Takers Worldwide

    As the number of English-language learners around the world grows at a

significant pace, the TOEFL(R) program launches a new Facebook(R) page,

http://www.facebook.com/TOEFL, to engage test takers worldwide and share timely

information regarding the most widely accepted English-language assessment.

    The TOEFL page, developed by ETS, the creator of the TOEFL test, provides a

wide variety of test prep, study resources and sample test questions to assist

students as they prepare for the assessment. The social networking platform

also offers students a forum to connect and to communicate with other TOEFL

test takers regarding study-abroad opportunities.
