【バンガロール（インド）2012年12月1日】コンサルティングおよびテクノロジーのグローバルリーダーであるインフォシス（Infosys）は1日、同社の米預託証券（ADS）をNASDAQ Global Select Market（NASDAQ）からニューヨーク証券取引所（NYSE）に上場変更すると発表した。同社はまたそのADSをNYSE Euronextのパリ、ロンドン取引所にも上場を求める。

インフォシスのADSは2012年12月12日付で、チッカーナンバーINFY名で米国にあるNYSE Euronext市場で売買を開始する。インフォシスADSはこの変更が完了するまで、NASDAQでチッカーシンボル名INFY名で米国内での取引を継続する。個別のEuronext上場手続きが完了すれば、インフォシスADSはパリとロンドンのNYSE Euronext市場での取引が始まる。

NYSE Euronext上場によって、インフォシスのフロート、株式／ADRアカウントおよび資本構造は変わらない。

Infosys Plans to List its ADS on the NYSE Euronext

     Infosys, a global leader in consulting and technology, today announced

that it will be transferring the listing of its American Depositary Shares

(ADS) to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from the NASDAQ Global Select

Market (NASDAQ). The company is also seeking to list its ADS on the Paris and

London exchanges of NYSE Euronext.

    Infosys ADS will begin trading on the NYSE Euronext markets in the U.S.

under the ticker symbol 'INFY' on December 12, 2012. Until the transfer is

complete, Infosys ADS will continue to trade in the U.S. under the ticker

symbol 'INFY' on the NASDAQ. Once the separate Euronext listing process is

complete, Infosys ADS will begin trading on the NYSE Euronext markets in Paris

and London.

    The NYSE Euronext listing will not change Infosys float, share/ADR count

and capital structure.
