ロンドンに新たなグループ会社を設立し、国際的オペレーションをさらに拡大

ロンドン (英国), 2012年10月2日 －　シズベルインターナショナルは、近く開始予定の複数のライセンスプログラムの運営拠点として、シズベルUKを設立し、その事務所をロンドン中心部に開設したことを発表しました。この新会社設立により、シズベルグループは世界三大陸に7か所のビジネス拠点を持つことになります。

Sisvel Expands Patent Licensing Business to the United Kingdom

          New subsidiary in London marks continued growth of Sisvel's

                          international operations

     Sisvel International announced the formation of Sisvel UK Limited and the

opening of its office in central London, which will be the base of activities

for several new patent licensing programs expected to launch in the coming

months. With the new subsidiary and office, the Sisvel Group now includes seven

locations on three continents.

     In announcing the expansion, Giustino de Sanctis, CEO of Sisvel

International SA, noted that "London is one of the world's greatest commercial

centers, offering an outstanding business environment that is exceptionally

well-connected to Europe, North America, and Asia. The new office will
